Straight Cup Impactor

This instrument is compatible with a wide range of acetabular cups such as Smith + Nephew R3 and REDAPT, DePuy Pinnacle and Emphasys, Stryker Trident, Signature Logical G, Corin Trinity and more. Additionally, we can adapt it to meet your specific cup requirements. 

The Trinket is the threaded component of the Straight Cup Impactor that connects between the handle and your acetabular cup. Every acetabular cup has a different thread length and profile, so we have a library of trinkets to fit different cups.  

To ensure compatibility with your cup we need to receive models and drawings of your cup. In some instances, we may ask for a sample cup to facilitate design and testing. 

Yes! The Trinkets are compatible between the OCI X and the Straight Cup Impactor, allowing you to maximize utilization of your inventory.

The Straight Cup Impactor has a simple design that facilitates cleaning. The threaded trinket is removed for cleaning and the distal tip has features that enable easy flushing of this area. The handle can optionally be removed for cleaning and sterilisation if desired. 

The Straight Cup Impactor weighs 720g (1.6Ibs), with a length of 410mm (16.1in) achieving an ideal balance to support surgeon comfort, control, and precision. This weight has been minimised as much as possible while still ensuring stability and durability for impaction.

For some of these markets the Customer will need to act as the Importer and/or have their in-market regulatory teams complete country-specific registrations. We can also support sales into other countries through our customers’ in-market regulatory teams. 

Yes, we offer supine and lateral alignment arrays that securely connect to the handle with a simple screw down mechanism.

Once your order is placed, an Enztec team member will provide you with a dispatch date. Limited stock is held, with most trinkets made to order, so depending on the quantity ordered, we would aim for dispatch within 4-8 weeks of receiving your order.  Delivery times vary based on your location, but shipping typically takes between 2 days and 1 week.
